ORAL PRESENTATION
TITLE: Please provide a succinct title covering the essence of the oral presentation. Spell out all words; do not use abbreviations.
AUTHOR or AUTHORS: Names and surnames for each author must be provided, degree or title.
AFFILIATIONS: Each author should be listed by University/Institution, Department, and Country.
TEXT: The abstract must be in English and should be a maximum of 400 words, excluding the title.
The workshop proposals shall, in particular, include information regarding the aim, expected content, and eventual audience involvement.

POSTER PRESENTATION
For posters, please indicate if you would like to participate in the Young Scholars Poster Award competition.

WORKSHOP
We invite proposals for interactive workshops to be included in the program. Workshops should provide an engaging platform for participants to explore emerging topics, practical applications, or collaborative challenges within the conference’s thematic scope. Workshops may vary in format, but they should aim to actively involve the audience and foster exchange between presenters and participants. Workshops are expected to last 1,5 hours and can be proposed by individuals or teams. We especially welcome interdisciplinary and participatory formats.

TEXT LENGTH: The workshop proposal must be in English and should be a maximum of 600 words, excluding the title.
AIM: What is the core topic or problem the workshop addresses?
EXPECTED CONTENT: A brief overview of the planned activities, structure, and key themes.
AUDIENCE INVOLVEMENT: How will participants be engaged (e.g., group work, case studies, live feedback, tool use)?

It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract; therefore, please ensure that the abstract is proofread prior to submission. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be published as typed by the author, if accepted.
The Scientific Committee will accept abstracts for the Scientific Programme (oral or poster presentation, or workshop) on scientific merit.
Only abstracts of registered participants will be printed. At least one of the authors must be registered for the Conference.
